Course Description:

The Co-operative Identity workshop will explore why our shared values and principles form the basis for co-operatives and the business case for co-operative values and principles as a distinct form of business. Participants will review the role, importance and contribution of members, managers and employees who have a role in communicating the aims and ethos of the organisation to members, customers and the public. The workshop will help them understand what cooperatives are and how the application of its values could help them in an increasingly tough and competitive market place.
